Fractional Estate Management & Independent Owner Representation

Experienced Oversight When You Need It

Estate Oversight, Without a Full-Time Estate Manager

Private estates often require attention across many different areas—property systems, maintenance, contractors, vendors, projects, landscape, and grounds.

I provide experienced, independent oversight on the owner’s behalf. I can coordinate vendors and specialists, oversee repairs and improvements, follow work in progress, help manage recurring maintenance, address issues as they arise, and keep you informed.

My involvement can be ongoing or limited to a particular need. For some clients, that may mean regular fractional estate management. For others, it may mean overseeing a project, resolving a property concern, or simply being a trusted local presence when they cannot be there.

How I Can Help

Property Oversight & Inspections
Regular attention to the condition of the estate and identification of items that need attention.

Vendor Coordination & Quality Control
Working with contractors, service providers, and specialists; following work in progress and helping ensure it meets the owner’s expectations.

Projects, Repairs & Improvements
Coordinating people, schedules, access, and details and following work through completion.

Estate Systems & Preventive Maintenance
Helping keep property systems, recurring service needs, and preventive maintenance organized and attended to.

Landscape & Grounds Oversight
Experienced horticultural oversight of landscapes, trees, irrigation, water use, and grounds.

A Practical Understanding of the Entire Property

My background spans more than 35 years in horticulture, landscape and property operations, including the care and oversight of sophisticated private estates throughout Northern California.

That experience gives me a practical understanding of how the different parts of an estate work together—from landscape, irrigation and water systems to contractors, vendors, maintenance, improvements and day-to-day property needs. I know what to look for, what questions to ask, and when a specialist should be involved.

Experience You Can Call Upon

Every estate is different, and so is the level of oversight it may require. You may need ongoing fractional estate management, help with a particular project or concern, or simply an experienced local presence you can call upon when something needs attention.

If you would like to discuss your property and what would be most useful, I welcome the conversation.
