Sometimes you simply need someone you can trust to take care of something at the property.
Whether you are away, occupied with other priorities, or simply would rather have someone else handle the details, I can step in to oversee a repair, project, improvement, or other property need on your behalf.
My involvement can be as simple as meeting a contractor, checking on work in progress, coordinating the people involved, or seeing something through to completion.
When Something Needs Closer Oversight
There are times when a project, repair, or other need at the property simply requires someone to be there and see it through.
You may be away when a repair needs to be made, have a project underway that would benefit from someone following its progress, or need several contractors or vendors coordinated to keep things moving.
Whatever the situation, my role is straightforward: to take care of the details you have asked me to handle, keep you informed as needed, and see the work through.
The Scope Can Be Simple
Sometimes the need is limited to a single repair, project, improvement, or period of time while you are away.
I can become involved for that specific purpose and see it through to completion. If another need comes up later, I am always available to help again.
